Hidden graffiti

A few months ago I took a closer look at one of our plain white lamps and noticed that someone had written a giant smiley face on it. Nice. I have seen flower lamp shades at Pottery Barn and figured w/ a little hot glue and a couple of bushels of daisies I should be able to get the same effect. So, here's an easy fix to my graffiti embellished lamp.

My neighborhood has an e-mail group called Queen Creek Friends. Every Saturday they allow everyone to post things they want to sell. I totally scored this last Saturday and found this little IKEA chair for a steal. I know it's not much, but it is going to be the perfect spot for midnight feedings. No more running up and down the stairs for a place to sit and nurse. It may not be the most ideal spot for some of you... but I am thrilled! I would say that I'm excited to try it out, but I'm sure that excitement will wear off quickly after the first few nights. Still... I'm a little bit excited. :)

Oh my gosh, those daisies are SO CUTE!!!! I have been trying to coffee filter a lamp of mine and it's not going so well. I will have to show you my epic failure sometime soon. LOVE the chair too!
