Coldest Week in Utah that I can Remember!!!!!

Wow, Horrible Lighting!!! Sorry in advance.

We made an unexpected Trip up to Utah during the beginning of Febuary. I have to add that it was FREEZING this weekend. Seriously 0 degrees. I can't remember being in cold weather like that in such a long time. It made me very grateful for our 60 degree winters here in AZ. I had packages of wipes that were frozen solid. I couldn't bend them for hours.

Anyway, we went to Utah this weekend because Travis' Grandpa Webb Passed away. We've known that he hasn't been doing well for a while, but it's always hard to prepare for death. It was a really positive memorial full of great stories of Grandpa's Life and his great sense of Humor. We are so glad we got to spend as much time with him as we did. We have some great memories that we share of Grandpa!

The girls with Grandma Webb. Maddy had a hard time for a while. She had several tearful nights wishing that Grandpa would be ok. She stayed by Grandma's side diligently. She wanted to help Grandma and give her hugs when Grandma was crying. Maddy is very concerned about others and doesn't want anyone to feel bad.

Grandma with her Oldest son Michael Webb.

Travis' Dad came by to pay his respects. I had to get a picture of them in their long matching black wool coats. They looked so handsome together!

After all of the funeral services we met Terry, and Jarod & Miriam at Thanksgiving Point. The girls got to eat ice cream and cookies to their hearts content.

We walked around the shops and then hung out in the Atrium in the back. It made us forget that it was frostbiting cold outside! Here are the girls and their cousin Ellie

Trying to catch a good pic of Livi.
