It doesn't snow in Phoenix. It gets down to a high in the 50's during the coldest part of winter. So, when we had this wild and crazy hail storm blow in we were shocked to have a blanket of hail/snow on the ground. As you can see from the pictures, this brought out the whole neighborhood. People had sleds and saucers.... but just as quickly as it came it left. Cold does not last long here. Believe it or not, there was even more snow or hail on the ground earlier. These pics are a little delayed. It takes a while to find winter clothes. We keep those in the dress up box. :)

I had to replant all my leafy vegetables :( Oh well... it was worth it!
